Employers can now set a budget for their professional development programme
- Our new budget function lets you keep an eye on staff spending rates
When someone completes an activity they now have the option to record the cost of that activity. This will show up
on your dashboard as a running total, enabling you to keep track of spending in real-time.

Identify your total budget for the year, this allows you to see how you're doing against that total so you know when
it’s time to cut back.

Prof Licenses
License Monitoring
Another helpful addition that was requested by many of 'you' ... is the ability to store your license or professional
registration number in your profile. Adding this has made it easier to set a reminder for when it's going to expire.
This will help employers too as it will show up on their dashboard.
PD System and organisation panels
You may have noticed that we added a panel at the top of the site which shows the PD system and organisation that you
are currently connected to. Previously we had this only showing on the Dashboard. Making it more visible helps those
that switch PD systems and also improves brand recognition.
