Thanks to valuable feedback from our users, we’ve made significant improvements to PD able’s planning tools.
Many of you told us how frustrating it was to confirm a plan and then be unable to edit it later. Fair point! That limitation led to many plans being left open for the entire cycle (which is not what we intended). We’ve listened, and we’ve fixed it.
You can now manage your plans as you wish with three simple statuses.
Move between them freely at any time. This gives you the control you need to update, adjust, and stay on track as your year/cycle evolves.
For administrators, these statuses make it much easier to see where everyone is at in their planning process — with updated charts and reports that show progress at a glance.
We’ve also increased the number of Goals from 10 to 20, giving you more room to plan, refine, and grow.
And that’s not all — the interface now clearly shows your plan’s status, and how many days remain in your cycle. We’ve also refined the Reflections area so it now aligns more closely with the outcomes & application of learning. It’s a great way to demonstrate how you’ve put your learning into practice. As before, reflections can also link to the competencies and goals you’ve set, making everything feel more connected and meaningful.
