Will I need my credit card during the sign-up process?
No. We'll never ask for your credit card during sign-up, simply create an account, then you're all set to start building your PD system.
Can I try out my PD system before I start paying anything, I need to show my team how it works?
Yes we encourage you to try it out before you start paying for a full subscription. Use Test Mode which allows you to invite up to 5 test users to try it out.
When I'm ready to publish my system, what steps do I need to take to get my subscription sorted and my members (participants) using it?
There are 2 steps required to get you fully up and running. We'll assist you with both.
- Add your participants
You have the option to add participants one by one but we can bulk-load them for you so that they can start enjoying your system right away. - Payment method
We accept payment by credit card. Please make sure that you have a valid Credit Card set up in your Billing settings. PD systems with more than 500 members have the option to pay by monthly invoice.
We have several people that are administering our CPD framework, do they get charged a subscription fee in these roles?
No they don't, as long as they aren't recording CPD like a professional they will be exempt of any fees.
Can someone utilise my system as a free user?
Yes they can but they will have limited functions. For example they won't be able to see your recommended activity list or any of the resources that you upload. You will not be able to manage them like you can with approved, fully paid participants.
What if I choose not to pay for participants subscriptions?
That's fine, you don't have to. Professionals that want to join your system will be prompted to pay using their credit card. They will however have to pay the full rate.
